If you would like to request authorization for a ECE or CSE course, please use the Enrollment Authorization System (EASy). 

All course pre-authorization requests are processed by the ECE Graduate Student Affairs Office.  Please note that all students must be enrolled in less than 20 units in order to be pre-authorized for the course they request. 

Requests will take 3-5 business days to process. THIS PROCESSING TIME IS SUBJECT TO INCREASE DURING PEAK PERIODS (i.e. a week that registration has opened).
