Lumerical is offering 2 complimentary training workshops at UCSD. 
 

1. September 1st : Designing Photonic Integrated Circuits with INTERCONNECT.  A detailed training outline for the hands-on workshop can be found at https://www.lumerical.com/support/courses/interconnect_workshops.html
2. September 2nd : Training on Lumerical Optical and Heat Transport solvers.  Users will be trained using FDTD Solutions and DEVICE (Charge and Heat Transport) in various applications addressing a broad range of research topics.  

 
The workshops are hands-on so you should bring your laptop and make sure the software is up and running beforehand.

Please note that the registration for each of the 2 workshops are setup separately. If you are interested in attending both, please register for both. The workshop licenses can be activated as early as 1 week prior to the training and it will be valid for 1 week after the event. Lumerical trainers will also be available after the workshop for answering any questions.
