ECE Advising will be closed on Monday, September 7 for the Labor Day Holiday. ECE advisors cannot respond to email inquiries or process requests during the UCSD holiday closure.
Summer Student Advising Information
M.S. STUDENT ADVISING & CONTACT INFORMATION
To best serve our students efficiently and ensure timely assistance, M.S. advisors will be using the following email address. Students may receive a reply from any member of our M.S. advising team but they are all fully equipped to answer student inquiries.
Advising Appointments:
- Please book any available advising slot. You will be assigned to an advisor based on availability to ensure timely support. All of the advisors are fully equipped to assist you.
- Intermittent in-person advising options are available on Tuesdays; Walk-ins are dependent upon advisor availability.
- Appointments are reserved for currently enrolled ECE M.S. students and admitted students in the ECE B.S./M.S. program.
- Appointments are available 14 days in advance; however, we highly suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure an appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please respond "No" or "Cancel" to the calendar invite.
