ECE Advising will be closed on Monday, May 25 for Memorial Day Observance. ECE advisors cannot respond to email inquiries or process requests during the UCSD holiday closure.
Ph.D. Student Advising Information
- Remote appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please click the booking button to check your advisor's schedule.
- Intermittent in-person advising options are available on Thursdays; Walk-ins are dependent upon advisor availability.
- Appointments are available 14 days in advance and at least 1 hour before; however, we highly suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure an appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please respond "No" to the calendar invite.
