UCSD will be closed on Thursday – Friday, November 28 – 29 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. ECE advisors cannot respond to email inquiries or process requests during this closure.
Ph.D. Student Advising Information
- Remote appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please click the booking button to check your advisor's schedule.
- Intermittent in-person advising options are available on Tuesdays; Walk-ins are dependent upon advisor availability.
- Appointments are available 14 days in advance and at least 1 hour before; however, we highly suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure an appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please respond "No" to the calendar invite.
